Design principle of wiper blade
When the rainy season is here, has your car been replaced with a new wiper blade? Maybe because you don’t use it much, many people may easily overlook the role of wiper blades because it is just a very simple gadget.
But the simple ones are often complicated! Wiper blades and car wipers are very few common parts on vehicles regardless of brand and model. It is also one of the equipment commonly used by car owners in addition to audio and lighting. However, few car owners have a good understanding of the wiper blades of their cars. The rainy season is about to enter, the design principle of the wiper blade is introduced below.
Wiper blades are divided into two structures: bone wipers and boneless wipers. Just like car bone wipers and car boneless wipers, which are traditional wipers with metal brackets; boneless wipers, that is, no metal brackets, so-called Boneless wipers are compared to traditional wipers with brackets. In terms of design principles, the more fulcrums of the wiper blade, the more uniform the force of the wiper blade, the more compliant the wiper blade is in contact with the glass, and a better water removal effect can be achieved. The boneless wiper blade does not have a bracket, and the entire wiper blade itself is used to pressurize, which is equivalent to that the entire wiper blade is the stress point, so the boneless wiper blade is more effective than the traditional bracket. At the same time, the metal bracket is removed, which reduces the impact of the wiper on the driving vision when it is turned on. In addition, theoretically speaking, because the boneless wiper removes the metal bracket and reduces the weight, the load on the wiper motor is reduced, and it also plays an indirect role in protecting the motor and extending the service life.
