Wiper Motor Selection Guide
The wiper motor is an important guarantee for our driving safety in rainy and snowy weather. Therefore, we must carefully choose the car wiper, so that we are responsible for ourselves and the car. Below Lihui Motor will share some tips for selecting wiper motors.
1. Confirm the connection method and specifications of the wiper motor. The support rod is connected to the wiper rocker arm, some of the support arms are fixed to the rocker arm with screws, and some are locked with convex buckles.

2. Whether the rubber strip of the wiper motor is aging. Pull up the wiper motor, and touch the cleaned rubber wiper strip with your fingers. If the blade is aged, hardened, or cracked, the wiper motor is unqualified.
3. Whether the wiper motor maintains a certain speed at different speeds. Place the wiper motor switch at various speed positions, especially pay attention to whether the wiper motor maintains a certain speed in the intermittent working state.

4. Check the state of the wiper. If the contact surface of the rubber and the glass surface cannot be fully bonded, resulting in wiping residue, the wiper motor is unqualified.
5. Whether the motor has abnormal noise. If the wiper motor “buzzes” and does not rotate, it means that the drive part of the wiper motor is rusty or stuck. At this time, the wiper motor switch should be turned off immediately to prevent the motor from burning.
6. Wiper motor is not as long as possible. Some people think that the longer the length of the wiper blade, the larger the wiped area, and the better the view. In fact, although extending the length of the wiper blade can increase the visible range of the field of vision, it will also increase the burden on the wiper motor and wiper rod of the car.
